Each permit applicant for an exception pursuant to sections 8-1-10, 8-1-11, 8-1-17 and 8-1-18 of this chapter shall obtain and provide to the village, a certificate of insurance, naming the village as additionally insured on a public liability insurance policy which shall insure against all public risks related to the use, maintenance, existence or location of the encroachment and shall consist of comprehensive general liability for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage for one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) annual aggregate.
