Variances from the purpose of this chapter for circumstances where the lot or physical configuration of the property preclude permitted storage pursuant to this chapter may be considered. To be considered for a variance from this regulation, the property owner must submit a written request, along with a plat of survey to support this request, to the West Dundee police department. The West Dundee police department will, within thirty (30) days, forward a recommendation to the board of trustees in regards to this request. Any variances granting relief from these provisions will be principally reviewed and evaluated against the constraints of the property or structures located on the property. (Ord. 2006-45, 8-17-2006)
