7-5-7: RETENTION OF HAZARDOUS DILAPIDATED VEHICLE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY; PRESUMPTION:
The person who owns the property on which the hazardous dilapidated vehicle is retained or who occupied the property on which the hazardous dilapidated vehicle is retained, or both, is presumed to be the person responsible for disposing of the vehicle in a safe and timely manner.
