A. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park or cause to be parked any vehicle on any public street within the corporate limits of the village at any time after a snowfall of two inches (2") or more has occurred, unless said public street has been cleared of snow and snow removal operations have been completed.
B. The police department and all members thereof are hereby authorized to remove and tow away or have removed and towed away, any car or other vehicle illegally parked which prevents or obstructs snow removal from public streets.
C. Cars or vehicles so towed away for illegal parking shall be stored in a pound designated by the police department and shall be restored to the owner or operator of such vehicle upon the payment of all towing and storage fees. (2004 Code)
