7-2-3: PARALLEL OR ANGLE PARKING:
Except when necessary, in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals, the operator of a vehicle shall not stop, stand or park such vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of a roadway, headed in the direction and with the curb side wheels of the vehicle within twelve inches (12") of the edge of the roadway, except as follows:
   A.   Upon those streets which have been marked or signed for angle parking, vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by such marks or signs.
   B.   The village board shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and shall mark or sign such streets or cause the same to be signed or marked.
   C.   The village board is authorized to designate loading zones such as will not unnecessarily interfere with traffic. (Ord. 89-04, 4-3-1989)
