7-1-10: INJURIOUS DEPOSITS ON THOROUGHFARES:
It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to deposit in, on or about any public way: weeds, papers, trash, garbage or other offensive matter such as cans, glass, bottles, nails or tacks, or similar materials. (Ord. 89-04, 4-3-1989)
