5-2-2: RESTRICTION ON LANDING WITHIN CORPORATE LIMITS:
It is unlawful for the operator of any civil aircraft to cause or permit said civil aircraft to land or otherwise make any physical touching at any time on or upon any navigable water within the corporate limits or on or upon any land within the corporate limits of the village.
