A. No waste materials shall be deposited, thrown away or permitted to accumulate or remain in any street or alley or any other public place or in any condition where such presence would constitute a nuisance to others, or a potential or actual hazard to health, sanitation or safety. B. No waste materials shall be deposited at curbside no earlier than the night before collection. (2004 Code)
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit anywhere in the village any uncovered piles of refuse, garbage, offal or carcasses of dead animals. (Ord. 89-04, 4-3-1989; amd. 2004 Code)
