4-1-4: NOXIOUS ODORS:
It is unlawful to cause or permit the emission of noxious odors from any fire, chimney, waste disposal system, or any other agency in the village so as to cause annoyance or discomfort to the residents thereof. (Ord. 14-34, 8-4-2014)
