A. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Any person, firm or corporation convicted of a second or subsequent offense shall be punished by a fine not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
B. Knowing or repeat of violations of any provision or combinations of provisions of this chapter by a licensee shall be grounds for revocation or suspension of such license. For purposes of this section, "license" includes any and all licenses issued by the village required for retail or other business operations at the location at which the offense occurred.
