A. Application for a tobacco license shall be made, in writing, to the village clerk and shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The fee for a tobacco dealer's license shall be thirty five dollars ($35.00) per annum due and payable by January 1 of each year. (Ord. 2007-03, 1-22-2007)
B. Any not for profit organization may apply for a license fee waiver. In the event the not for profit organization is granted a fee waiver, no license fee shall be due. However, all other regulations of this code shall be applicable. (Ord. 03-04, 1-20-2003)
