Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense It shall be unlawful to own, lease, or operate any sweepstakes machine, as herein defined, in any public place within the Village.
