A. It shall be unlawful for any person maintaining, owning or operating a commercial establishment located within the village, at which alcoholic beverages are offered for sale for consumption on the premises, to permit or allow the following activity to be conducted on the premises of such commercial establishment, all of which activity is defined in section 3-10-1 of this title: "adult business", "adult entertainment center"; "adults only" activity, bookstore, motion picture theater, nightclub, sauna; "nudity"; "obscene" activity; "rap parlor"; "sadomasochistic activity"; or "sexual conduct" activity.
B. It shall be unlawful for any establishment defined as an "adult business" pursuant to title 10 of this code to sell, distribute or permit beer or alcoholic beverages on the premises. (2004 Code)
