3-24-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person, firm, or corporation shall operate a hotel or extended stay hotel without first obtaining a license therefor as provided for by Village Code. No license shall be transferable to another person, firm, corporation, or location or to other hotel, motel, or extended stay hotel guest units. (Ord. 22-04, 1-17-2022; amd. Ord. 22-26, 9-12-2022)
