1-6-2: COMPENSATION:

The compensation to be received by each member of the board of trustees for each regular or specially convened meeting of said board of trustees shall be the sum of one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) for each such meeting attended by said board of trustees, commencing May 1, 2007.
