3-1-16: MUNICIPAL MISREPRESENTATION:

It shall be unlawful for any licensed business in the Village subject to the Municipal Retailers' Occupation Tax or Municipal Service Occupation Tax to represent or advertise that its building or premises is located in a municipality other than the Village. It is not a violation of this section if the name of another municipality is a part of the name of the licensed business. (Ord. 2018-25, 11-12-2018)
