§ 95.01 FEES AND CHARGES RELATED TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
   The following fees and charges are hereby established:
         Resident   Non-Resident
   (A)   Softball Diamonds (Per Diamond):
      (1)   Reservation and clean-up deposit (refundable)   $50.00      $50.00
      (2)   Fee per field per day         50.00      70.00
      This reservation fee will automatically become the damage and clean-up fee which will be returned if everything is in order.
   (B)   Youth Sports:
      (1)   Basketball.
      (2)   Cheerleading.
      (3)   Swim Team.
   Fees to be established by the corresponding Board of Directors with review by Parks and Recreation Director.
   (C)   Recreation Fund Programs (70%/15%/15%):
      (1)   Contractual instructors: Fees to be established by the contractor with review by the Parks and Recreation Director. Fifteen percent (15%) of all fees collected shall be paid to the City’s General Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) of all fees collected shall remain in the Recreation Fund.
      (2)   Adult sports:
         (a)   Softball.
         (b)   Volleyball.
   Fees to be established annually by the Parks and Recreation Director with the approval of the City Manager. Fifteen percent (15%) of all fees collected shall be paid to the City’s General Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) of all fees collected shall remain in the Recreation Fund.
      Resident   Non-Resident
   (D)   Reservation fee and deposit for use of Senior Citizens/Community Center:
      (1)   Deposit (refundable)
         $50.00   $50.00
      (2)   Fee
         50.00   100.00
      Both deposit and fee are required to reserve the facility. If the facility is clean and returned to its original condition, $50.00 will be refunded.
      Non-profit resident civic groups and churches are not required to pay the $50.00 usage fee, but are still required to put up a $50.00 deposit.
   (E)   The resident fee will be extended to non-residents who either pay West Carrollton City income tax or property taxes on property which they own within the City.
