(A) Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.19, or fails to comply with any of its requirements or do any work upon or in connection with the same, in violation of a plan therefor or directive relating thereto approved or made by the service director or building inspector, or of a permit or certificate issued under this chapter, shall be fined not more than $50. Each day's continued violation after notice to correct shall constitute a separate offense. ('70 Code, § 903.99)
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 92.20 shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100. Each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1940, passed 12-11-75)
