§ 90.15 MARKETING WILD, DANGEROUS OR EXOTIC ANIMALS.
   (A)   No person shall market in any form wholesale, barter or trade any wild, exotic or dangerous animal or restricted snake. Exception to the above include those animals native to the farm and sold at auction or by private sale, to-wit: horses, cattle, swine or poultry; and those animals sold by pet dealers or by private sale to-wit: domestic cats, domestic dogs, domestic rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchilla, mice, hamsters, gerbils, and non-poisonous snakes and non-man-eating fish.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and each day's violation shall be considered a separate offense.
