§ 72.41 RESTRICTING USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON CITY PROPERTY AND CITY PARKS.
   (A)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle on lands, paved walks, or paths on any property owned or controlled by the city, except within those areas specifically designated for motorized vehicular traffic. No person shall operate motorized bicycles in the city parks or on any city owned property.
   (B)   No unlicensed motor vehicles shall be operated on any city property except those areas designated for use by motorized recreational vehicles.
   (C)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to vehicles used in the maintenance of city property nor to city vehicles operated on the property by city employees, nor to vehicles operated on the property pursuant to a public event sponsored or approved by the city, nor to emergency vehicles.
   (D)   Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $50.
