§ 51.02 WATER TAP FEES.
   (A)   The fee for a water tap into the city water system shall be as set forth in Section 37.09 of Chapter 37, General Fee Schedule, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of West Carrollton.
   (B)   Anything not covered by the provisions in Section 37.09 of Chapter 37, General Fee Schedule, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of West Carrollton shall be subject to the control and fee fixed by the legislative body.
   (C)   The fees to be paid prior to extension of service line beyond curb valve.
   (D)   The Water Department will make the tap into the main for the services from 3/4 inch to and including 2 inches.
   (E)   The city will install meter in opening provided by owner or contractor. Cost of meter, remote and installation charges will be paid by the owner.
   (F)   Existing taps that are reused shall be charged an inspection fee as set forth in Section 37.09 of Chapter 37, General Fee Schedule, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of West Carrollton.
