(A) Effective at the beginning of the first quarter water billing period of 2007, this section shall read as follows:
(1) The quarterly rates for metered water furnished and supplied by the City within its corporate limits shall be as set forth in Section 37.03 of Chapter 37, General Fee Schedule, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of West Carrollton.
(2) Water services furnished to premises not under individual water meters shall be charged as set forth in Section 37.03 of Chapter 37, General Fee Schedule, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of West Carrollton.
