§ 37.18 STREET AND SIDEWALK EXCAVATIONS AND OBSTRUCTIONS - PERMIT FEES (§ 92.03)
(A) Excavation for downspout drain, gas, electric, steam, water, sewer or other connections in a street, sidewalk, alley, public way, or places not specifically mentioned;

(B) For construction, reconstruction, or relocation of any public utility conduit, line, or main per 500 lineal feet or fraction thereof, including any manholes constructed with the above mentioned line or main and being an integral part thereof.
A manhole being defined as an underground chamber of less than 72 square feet;

(C) For temporarily storing any building material or personal property in a street, sidewalk, alley, public way, or place during building operation. For blockading a street, alley, public way, or place (per day);

(D) For constructing or reconstructing sidewalks;

(E) For constructing or reconstructing curbs and gutter;

(F) For a new permanent driveway approach or reconstructing an existing driveway approach;

(G) For a temporary driveway approach over curbs and sidewalks;
