WEST CARROLLTON, OHIO CODE OF ORDINANCES
§ 4.02 SELECTION AND TERM.
   All councilmen shall be elected at large by the qualified electors of the Municipality for four (4) years overlapping terms, in the manner provided by Article XI of this Charter.
