CITY OF WEST BUECHEL, KENTUCKY

SERIES 986

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF A CODE OF ORDINANCES.

   WHEREAS, KRS 83A.060(ll) requires the examination of ordinances of the City of West Buechel, Kentucky, once every five years for consistency with state law and with one another, and, further,

   WHEREAS, the City Council has examined all ordinances for conflicts, and, further,

   WHEREAS, all ordinances have been revised to eliminate redundant, obsolete, inconsistent and invalid provisions,

   NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Buechel does ordain as follows:

   The Code of Ordinances for the City of West Buechel, Kentucky, having been examined and inappropriate, inconsistent and invalid provisions having been removed and all ordinances having been amended and reenacted or amended and published according to law where required, then, therefore, the City of West Buechel, Kentucky, adopts as the official Code of Ordinances of the said city be approved as prepared by American Legal Publishing Company.
