City-owned property and/or equipment is to be used by employees of the city and for purposes which relate to city business. No person is to use city property or equipment for private or personal purposes. Likewise, no person is to use or attempt to use the city’s resources, discounts, tax-exempt status or personnel for personal gain. Any person found to have benefitted personally from the use of city resources will be required to reimburse the city in the amount of the financial benefit received.
