A mileage log will be kept in each city owned vehicle. Any person authorized to drive a city vehicle will be required to note the mileage at the beginning and end of using the vehicle and will note the destination during each usage. Gasoline will be purchased on the city credit card pursuant to the procedures set forth under credit card usage.
