§ 150.03 MOVING BUILDINGS PERMIT.
   (A)   Before any building, house, garage, or structure of any kind is moved or transported within the city whether on or off the streets, roads, and public ways of the city, a permit must first be obtained from the City Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   All other necessary permits required by any federal, state or county government or their agencies, shall be required for all the work in connection with removal of buildings, houses, garages or structures of any kind, such as the construction of a new foundation, electrical, plumbing, heating, sewer, health, and the like, and also the same shall be required before placing the buildings, houses, garages, or the structures of any kind in its completed condition in its new location within the city.
   (C)   Before a permit is issued by the City Clerk-Treasurer, the Building Inspector or the person or persons designated by the City Council, shall give his approval.
   (D)   The cost of a permit for the moving or transporting of buildings, houses, garages, or structures of any kind within the city shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
