Any person who creates graffiti or commits acts of criminal mischief as set forth in KRS Chapter 512, is subject to being arrested and/or cited for such activities in criminal court in addition to actions taken in civil court for violations cited by the City of West Buechel, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
