§ 110.01 FEE TO BE PAID; STATEMENT TO BE FILED.
   Effective June 30, 1996, any person, firm, partnership or corporation engaged in a trade, business, occupation, service, professions and outdoor advertising for hire or profit in the city shall pay an annual license fee which shall be due and payable on or before June 30 of each year, and for each year thereafter unless otherwise specified in a subsection herein in such an amount and under such conditions as prescribed, and no person shall undertake an operation subject to this chapter without first filing a statement with the City Clerk-Treasurer stating the nature or kind of business or service to be undertaken, giving the name and address of the owners thereof and the address of his principal office and the address of the location of the place where he is to do business or render service, and the name of the manager, if any other than himself, and paying the required license fee prescribed for his particular operation. License fees paid shall be credited to the general funds of the city government and the welfare and safety of the community.
