No person shall throw into or place in Beargrass Creek or on real estate adjacent thereto any obstructions, rubbish, refuse matter, or materials or articles of any kind; empty or cause to run into Beargrass Creek any liquid substance whatsoever other than the natural surface draining of rain water; or damage the banks or any other part of Beargrass Creek.
