§ 93.30 TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS OR WATER PIPE LINES.

It is unlawful for any person except members of a Fire Department, the Louisville Water Company, or an authorized person approved by the Mayor or City Council to open or close any valve of any fire hydrant or tamper with the water pipe lines within the city which have been installed and maintained for fire protective purposes.
