§ 93.20 BURNING GARBAGE.
   No garbage or waste matter shall be burned upon any lot or other open space except under the following conditions:
   (A) The garbage or waste matter shall be burned in an approved incinerator which does not give off offensive smoke, soot, ash, or odor.
   (B) Dry waste matter, tree trimmings, weeds, and grass may be burned during daylight hours if burned within the confines of an incinerator-type equipment and if the person responsible for burning is present, has a hose and pressured water readily available for controlling burning, and fully extinguishes the fire before leaving it.
   (C) Burning on rented or leased premises shall be done only with the consent of the property owner.
