If any condition is found to exist in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, the property owner shall be given written notice of the violation and ordered to remove or remedy the objectionable condition within a reasonable time. The failure to remove or remedy the objectionable condition within the time specified in the written notice shall constitute a violation punishable as set forth in § 91.99.
