§ 91.48 DRAINAGE DITCHES TO BE UNOBSTRUCTED.

Property owners, lessees, and renters of private property shall keep the drainage ditch immediately in front of their property free of debris and any other obstructions which might impede the free flow of water between the street or roadway and the property.
