§ 91.45 PROPERTY OWNER TO MAINTAIN IN SAFE CONDITION.

All driveways from streets and roadways into private property shall be maintained by the property owner in a safe condition, and shall not impede the free flow of surface waters along the rights-of-way of any streets or roadways.
