§ 90.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "ANIMAL SHELTER." Any premises designated and/or operated by Metro Government for the purpose of impounding and caring for animals pursuant to state law and local ordinances.
   "DOG." Any member of the canine family, six months of age or over, male or female.
