§ 72.48 USING FALSE PERMIT.
   (A)   No person shall make, issue, or knowingly use any imitation or counterfeit of a special parking permit for the disabled.
   (B)   No person shall display or cause or permit to be displayed upon any vehicle such a permit knowing it to be fictitious or issued for another person.
   (C)   No unauthorized person shall knowingly possess a special parking permit for the disabled.
