(A) All owners of off-street parking facilities intended for public use shall have a number of level parking spaces as set forth in the following table, identified by above-grade signs, reserved for physically disabled persons. Each reserved parking space shall be not less than twelve (12) feet wide.

(B) Parking spaces for the physically disabled shall be located as close as possible to elevators, ramps, walkways, and entrances. Parking spaces shall be located so that physically disabled persons are not compelled to wheel or walk behind parked cars to reach entrances, ramps, walkways, and elevators.
