(A) No motor vehicle shall be operated upon the streets or highways within the city at a speed or in a manner likely to endanger or which endangers the life, limb, property, or safety of any person.
(B) The speed limit on all city streets within the city shall be no greater than twenty (20) miles per hour except for those streets specified as having different speed limits in Chapter 74, Schedule I.
(C) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be subject to the fines set forth in KRS 189.394.
