§ 50.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "WASTE CONTAINER." A water-tight container sold commercially for the packaging of residential refuse for disposal and having a 20-gallon capacity.
