(A) Each proprietor of a billiard or pool table or of a bowling alley, or a combination of both, shall pay an annual license fee of $25 for one such table, $25 for one such alley, and $10 for each additional table or alley, to the Mayor.
(B) No person shall operate any such table or alley without having obtained such license and paid such fees, nor between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.
(C) The licensee of any establishment housing a table or alley wherein gambling or betting is permitted shall be subject to revocation of his or her license at the discretion of the court.
