PLANNING COMMISSION
§ 32.30 ESTABLISHMENT.
   A Planning Commission for the village is hereby established.

§ 32.31 MEMBERSHIP.
   The Planning Commission shall consist of the Mayor, one member of Council elected by Council for the remainder of his or her term and three citizens of the village to be appointed by the Mayor for terms of six years each, except that the term of one of the members of the first Commission shall be for four years and one for two years. All such members shall serve without compensation.

§ 32.32 STANDARD APPLICATION FORMS; FILING OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION.
   (A)   The Planning Commission is hereby authorized to adopt standard application forms (and from time to time to amend the same) for applicants to use in presenting a request to the body. The forms shall specify any fee the Planning Commission and/or the village shall charge an applicant for the type of request being presented on the application. The forms may also specify a checklist of information the applicant needs to present to the Planning Commission in order to assist the body in making a ruling on the request.
   (B)   All applicants shall file original documentation with the Planning Commission and all original approved plats shall be promptly signed and recorded with the Preble County Recorder at the applicant’s expense.

RECORDS COMMISSION
§ 32.45 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established in and for the village a Records Commission for the retention and disposal of village records pursuant to R.C. § 149.39 and any other pertinent state law.

§ 32.46 ABSENCE OF CHAIRPERSON OR SECRETARY.
   In the absence of the Chairperson or the Secretary of the Records Commission, the attendant members shall choose from among themselves a member to serve temporarily in such capacity.
