(A) Violation of the provisions of these regulations or failure to comply with any of their requirements shall constitute a minor misdemeanor.
(B) Any person who violates these regulations or fails to comply with any of their requirements (including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with conditions) shall upon conviction thereof be fined a maximum of $100 per violation.
(C) Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(D) Nothing herein contained shall prevent the Village of West Alexandria from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
(E) The Village of West Alexandria may prosecute any violation of these regulations in accordance with the penalties stated herein.
