§ 151.45 MANUFACTURED HOMES.
   The Mayor and Fiscal Officer are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Preble County Building Department (through the County Commissioners of Preble County, Ohio), for the enforcement of the Ohio Manufactured Homes Installation Standards resulting from R.C. Chapter 4781 and O.A.C. Chapter 4781.
