Except as otherwise provided, any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this City Code shall be fined a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any one offense, and the person may be confined in the County jail for a period of not more than six (6) months, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
