2-2-4: LICENSE FEES:
Every owner of a coin-operated amusement device maintained in the City shall pay an annual (May of each year) license fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per device. Said license shall not be assignable, nor shall the fee be prorated for periods less than one year. (1994 Code)
