Upon the filing of such application, receipt and bond, where a bond is required, the City Clerk shall issue a license, which shall contain the name of the person to whom granted, the kind of business authorized, the date of the expiration thereof, and, where it is a local business, the street and number of the place where such business is to be carried on. The license shall be signed by the Mayor, countersigned by the Clerk and attested by the Corporate Seal. All such licenses shall expressly state that they are issued subject to all ordinances then in force or which may thereafter be passed. (1994 Code)
