Expenses for travel, meals and lodging of: a) any officer or employee that exceeds the maximum reimbursement allowed under the foregoing requirements adopted under the provisions of this chapter or b) any member of the City Council of the City may only be approved by roll call vote at an open meeting of the City Council. In the event of an emergency or other extraordinary circumstances, the City Council may approve more than the maximum allowable expenses set forth above. (Res. 2017-04-17A, 4-17-2017)
