Any person violating any provisions of this Chapter is subject to a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $750.00, plus court costs.
A. The fine for a first violation is one hundred dollars ($100.00).
B. The fine for a second violation is two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
C. The fine for a third violation is five hundred dollars ($500.00).
D. The fine for the fourth and subsequent violations is seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
E. Each day a Section of this Chapter is found to have been violated constitutes a separate violation subject to the fine schedule set forth in this Section. (Ord. 112122A, 11-21-2022)
